HOW DO I GO ABOUT SCHEDULING A SERVICE CALL?

DO ALL OF YOUR SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES COME FROM MINNESOTA?
Our team of Field Service Representatives live throughout the United States. Whenever feasible, the representative nearest your area will be scheduled.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST FOR SERVICE?
Our costs are based on an hourly rate, plus expenses at cost, and a nominal administration fee. Please contact Burgess's Service Department at (763) 383-2313 for pricing information.

HOW MUCH LEAD TIME DO I NEED TO SCHEDULE AN INSTALLATION OR A MAINTENANCE CALL?
We would like at least two weeks lead time to schedule a representative to a new equipment install. We can allocate the time in our schedule, even if the date is not yet defined. Maintenance calls are scheduled on an as needed basis by our customers whenever possible.

WHERE CAN I GET A PART FOR MY BURGESS EQUIPMENT?
Our Maintenance Spare Parts department has an extensive warehouse of parts to meet the needs of our customers. Many parts can be available on a next day basis. Contact our Parts Department at (763) 383-2313

The service department can send a copy of your service report upon request.

Can Burgess automation equipment and modules work with competitor's products?
Yes. Frequently our equipment will seamlessly integrate with minor modifications to existing competitors modules. Because we build our products on demand, we can easily address any incompatibilities identified and build our components accordingly to adjust for your line requirements. Furthermore, over time our clients tend to replace competitor's equipment and upgrade their lines with Burgess Industries equipment.
